I love thier support team, they're very fast and responsive. Though the platform has a slight learning curve after you are familiar the platform is very straight forward and easy to use. This can also be said with other integrations such as website hosts. The platform is also very hands off which I like as It requires less regular maintence and use.

Unfortunately, Codisto was acquired by shopify making it so that this platform will not work with other website hosts making less accessible.

Codisto allowed the instant transfer of orders from amazon to our storefront which we otherwise would have had to do seperately or manually.

Codisto is very powerful, it gives you many options to map your magento product attributes and list based on info in there. you also have lots of filter options to decipher what to list if not all items

sometimes the syncing can be a problem. but this might be due to our server specs and overloading it.

Ask lots of questions and read all their info as the possibilities are huge with so many options and control over your listings codisto will give you. You only get the most out of it if you know what its capable of doing.

we are able to manage both ebay & amazon order effectively.

Fairly easy to setup and list items on other channels.

They were bought by Shopify and no longer support Bigcommerce clients.

It made it easy to have a updated continuous feed to Google Shopping and also bring in orders from our Amazon store.

Codisto works great due to the connection capabilities it holds to both Amazon and eBay Marketplaces! But there needs to be more Manual Work done in order to complete your connection and keep it stable.

Th connections isnt as simples as the push of a button. You still have to configure you're already set parameters from your current eCom store to the new connections of Amazon or eBay.

Codisto works great once you read the white papers and get the initial setup out of the way. Once you have it setup, Its easy managing as 1...2...3!

I am solving the easy work of connecting amazon and eBay manually to my website instead of uploading a flat-file to both systems which would take me about 4 work days to complete.

Easy to control eBay and Amazon listings. Editing details (e.g re-writing titles) on out-of-stock/unlisted eBay items is a great feature as this isn't possible on many other competitor's services. Bulk edit functionality is useful for changing shipping services etc in bulk.

We have daily issues with stock levels not updating quickly enough. If a product sells on our website then the stock levels on eBay/Amazon need updating immediately. The sales team pitch it as "virtually instant". After months of problems the support team say that they consider 1-2 days for stock levels to sync to be acceptable. It isn't acceptable, it's the difference between a smooth multi-channel operation and chaos with over-sells, upset customers and a lot of customer service work. Support don't seem to be particularly interested, there's no escalation of serious issues.

The other major flaw is that pricing cannot be set sufficiently independently from the prices you have in your Shopify store. Whilst you can add a fixed price/percent surcharge to all items going to eBay/Amazon this is not suitable if you are selling an item at full price on Shopify - you will end up selling for higher than RRP/MAP on Amazon/eBay. There needs to be price control at a SKU level.

The service is good–often great, when not encountering bugs.

Abhorrent support and questionable billing practices drag it down to non-recommendable.

The app is very useless and the company ripped me off for over $400. I had this app for about a week and they charged me not only once but twice for monthly service PLUS over $300 in additional charges! When I contacted them the said they were "entitled" to over $400 because of my sales. The sales I made had nothing to do with this app plus I never even set it up!

The just stole over $400 in a week! BEWARE!
