Codat allows us to quickly turn out integrations for our customers in a fraction of the time it takes to build a direct integration. They have good coverage among the main accounting systems, and their unified API makes it easy to reuse work between integrations. Their team has always been quite prompt in their responses and support.

It's not possible to have 100% uniformity between supported systems, even with the unified API. Codat has improved their documentation to highlight differences between systems, but we have run into a few cases where we were not aware of a platform specific requirement and ran into problems during implementation. The Codat team was quick to point those out after we reached out though, but it did slow us down a bit.

Allowing us to build accounting integrations that we can offer to our customers in a simpler, faster way than if we built direct integrations ourselves to all the platforms we want to integrate with.

The team are always on hand if we need support and advice. They have become an extension of our team, adding value to us every step of our journey. I really like their proactive and complementary approach to our business. We have been working together for over a year now, and it's been great. I would highly recommend them.

They help us access an accountancy feed for each of our clients. This allows our automated software to sync in real-time and always allows our customers to be on top of their finances. The data feed they provide is vital to our proposition, and they are a key strategic part of our future journey.

For me, it's access to such a massive amount of accountancy platforms we can now engage with, the data they provide, insight dashboards and speed of delivery. Oh, and the constant evolution of their tech helps us drive new products and solutions.

Consistent, proactive communication with dedicated representatives ensure the ongoing success of the partnership. When questions or concerns arise, there is easy access to support and these requests are taken care of quickly.

One integration to get several different kinds of data. We started off our product creation with direct integrations. The time and effort for the creation and maintenance of direct integrations was way too high for our business.

We were able to rapidly get our product into the hands of our customers using Codat's API. Codat also standardise the data so that we didn't have to deal with and maintain multiple data sources at the same time! The team at Codat has gone above and beyond in their support of us and are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very little - they are continuing to expand their integrations and add value to their platform all the time.

We needed to build integrations with the top accounting tools to help us launch our product. Instead of doing this individually, we were able to integrate once with Codat to launch a product with broad coverage.

Speed of access to the accounting APIs and the level of support received is first class. The pre-built APIs provide automatic real-time access to our client's accounting records - this allows our underwriters to accurately assess and appraise individual risk requirements in a more time-efficient manner.

There isn't anything to dislike about Codat - they offer their core solution well.

Increasing customer linkages - sometimes there is a reluctance to provide us with access to their accounting records. To enhance this, we need to do further work to improve the customer experience.

It's one thing to claim that you make financial integrations simple. It's another to truly execute on it in a performant & reliable manner.

Of course, one can always be picky to want another integration that is in the roadmap, but not yet released.

Integration to Codat's API is simple and efficient. In the years we have integrated to their accounting API, we have not experienced any issues that have critically impacted our business or. customer base. The Account management team is always available to assist at a moments notice and support is always timeous and effective.

Codat provides 12 weeks notification to all clients when releasing updates or amendments to their API package. As this integration is a critical element of our systems and algorithms, we find that although this timeframe may be acceptable to most customers, it is usually not enough time for us to schedule the required changes to our packages to accomodate these amendments. It would be great to have a longer "heads-up" period, so we do not have to request delays to these scheduled updates constantly.

I would recommend Codat to any company wishing to integrate with a stable and reliable provider. They are constantly updating their product to incorporate more financial accounting packages in use in our industry, so you are always up to date with the "latest & greatest." They offer a very high level of support and are always happy to answer any question or address your issues quickly and satisfactorily.

We use Codat as a third-party system to integrate our client's accounting systems into our package, so we don’t have to build numerous API connections into the multitude of different accounting systems used across our customer base. This saving of time and effort allows us to concentrate more on our core business.

We were able to get up and running with Codat very quickly and at little setup cost because the team has created excellent documentation and provides a very supportive and accessible customer success team.

We would like to see Codat further expand the accounting packages that they offer.

We are using Codat to accelerate our underwriting process and improve monitoring. Codat has allowed us to move towards automation at various steps in the process, reducing costs, which we can in turn pass on to customers and use to bolster our competitive position in our industry.

Some legacy systems are supported but can be unreliable if the customer forgets to keep the link alive.
