It isn’t an all in one system. It won’t do your accounting or automate your entire operational process from sales to fulfillment.

Create your sales and operational process flow for every offering BEFORE you start to setup this software solution. Trust me; you don’t want to set everything up, and then delete or change things later.

My clients who are coaches that are just starting out use Coach Accountable to manage their client engagements and offerings; they are able to start off like a pro when they launch their coaching business, increasing their chances of generating sales upon launch.

It is great that you can have your entire business and client database in one spot. Invoicing and billing address super easy. Scheduling synced with my calendar makes it easy. Lead generation through offers is really easy as well.

I don't necessarily like that my leads are billed the same as paying clients on a model that bills per user. I also wish there was a Zapier / MailChimp integration, but they said they are working on it.

I needed an all in one place to login and see all of my customers' information, scheduling, billing, and this accomplishes that perfectly. I needed a client portal and the white label is a great feature.
