CloudExtend G Suite for NetSuite Reviews

Using CloudExtend has upped my productivity and efficiency. If you want to do business the hard way, then don't utilize this system. But if you DO, this is the best and easiest way to do business.

Sometimes the system can lag, but this happens with almost every platform. The pros outweigh any "cons."

It's saving me time by being able to attach my emails and PDFs directly to our NetSuite rather than pulling them up, downloading them and dragging it to another screen.

Emails and attachments are saved to records in NetSuite flawlessly.

CloudExtend G Suite solves the issue of having to switch between platforms to access and manage data. By integrating Gmail and NetSuite it allows us to view and handle information.

• I can easily and quickly create new records (leads, contacts, opportunities, etc.) without leaving my Gmail window. The amount of time saved not having to switch back and forth really does add up.

I'd like to have better control over the display/editability of custom fields. We have tons of them and if I need to make edits to a record I typically do have to open up an actual Netsuite tab. So while CloudExtend does get me quickly to the record I need, it'd be nice to be able to edit any field from the side panel in Gmail.

Data entry can be a time sink, so being able to create a workflow that reduces the number of steps it takes to pull info from my e-mail messages and put it into Netsuite is a huge benefit.

Had issues with connecting to CloudExtend legacy system. Now integrated to CloudExtend G suite, since that users are not facing timeout issues as before.

I very much appreciate the autopilot mode. I like that I can check a box one time, and it will save all other replies in that thread automatically and will add all the previous responses as well. So if you are added to an email later in the discussion, you can read through all the replies.

If images are embedded in the email instead of attached, you can't see what was sent in Netsuite. Also, there are times when the email thread gets confusing to read in Netsuite if there are a lot of entries, and sometimes there are two of the same email communications listed. I wish the communication section were easier to navigate.

CloudExtend helps keep my inbox clear. Never again do I need to retain hundreds of emails because they contained one piece of information I needed. Now I can attach that email with the information to that customer record. Now, multiple team members can access the same data instead of just sitting in my inbox.

I like the formatting it provides when connecting emails for gmail to Netsuite.

It is VERY slow and somewhat clumsy when searching for cases in the extension.

It allows me to attach emails I send/receive in my gmail to cases in NetSuite; it saves me from copyin/pasting and formats the emails better than a copy/paste woruld.
