The system interface is simple, and works well. Does not have to seem to have issues. Backups usually happen daily, and failure rate is extremely low. When failures occur, support usually fixed the issue already.

Like all Cloud based backup tools, there is a little bit of time to perform a recovery.

To have a backup to protect from user error or catastrophic events that would cause loss of email. We have used the backups to obtain key documents from former employees company email accounts.

Easy to use and easy to navigate dashboard. Centralizes all the cloud services I need to back up and clearly differentiates and indicates the restored data after a restore operation. It is also easy to setup and deploy the service but a word of caution - expect a longer turnaround time if you have a huge volume of data that needs backing up ( this is to be expected). I can also add multiple admin profiles to my account and get work done by someone else while I view the audit trail at my convenience.

Well like the typical user who asks for more, I would like to see more options/services I can backup on this solution. Also I am not sure if this service is multi-lingual. However, I have no language barrier as a native English speaker. and I believe this might be included in subsequent versions.

You might need to carefully consider what you want to back up if cost would be an issue. Also if you are looking for friendly solution of techies and non techies alike, this should work for you.

I am totally eliminating the risk associated with hardware failure and offline backup. I can also work with a team ( which I usually do) and get everyone or designated users to run mission critical backup task from a central platform without having to hand over my personal credentials.

What I like best about this app is its simplicity and user-friendliness. It doesn't require any technical knowledge at all. I wasn't sure about it at first, so I decided to use the trial version and to my surprise, I was able to back up one of my Gmail accounts, received reports about the backup activity, and when I decided to restore the backed up information, it was easy as pie, as I could download everything in a zipped folder.

I tried backing up with a slightly bigger folder and it took a while (just a couple of minutes) to process the back up. Of course, this is expected when backing up big data. Other than that, the app is fantastic!

CloudAlly is an awesome, safe, simple and easy to use software. It is inexpensive too!

As a copywriter and SEO specialist, I have a lot of sensitive information that requires safe storage. With CloudAlly, I am able to complete my work faster with peace of mind; I don't have to worry about struggling with a certain corrupt file, looking for an important contract file etc. I can access all my staff from one place, anytime.

SO much easier than old methods of backing up email, files, and app data.

I wish it had a bullet proof method of protecting my backups against somone who gains access to my GSuite account credentials.

This is a lot simpler than a workstation based backup strategy with rotating drives, nightly jobs, staff monitoring for taking disks off site.

Its able to connect to the G Suite environment very easily and then start taking backups instantly. It has very few issues getting all the files that are in your Google environment.

Cloud ally doesn't resolve issues automatically, even though it will have the credentials to do so. It can take for some backups to complete and there is no timer.

CloudAlly G Suite is solving the problems of having backups for an online share drive and also emails. It is security compliant as well that meets standards for our clients.

I liked best, the fact that my daily gmail account backup was very fast, flawless and efficient. The most amazing thing is that even on addition of subsequent data, no data was lost. In fact, it only updated the existing files.

The first day of backing up my gmail account was so long. It took the process almost the entire day for it to be completed. I had to stick around to ensure nothing went wrong.

Abrupt and unplanned data loss.

My major benefit is that my emails and gmail files are safe from such losses.
