If you don't use the MLS for the COMPS and push them to Cloud CMA, then it is not a very detailed search that Cloud CMA provides. Just not enough options to narrow down the comps

Get the HomeBeat to send drips to sellers, it also allows them to request a CMA at their leisure

So far I haven't found a weak spot, although I haven't been using it very long.

It is hard to send comps to clients, email forum is clunky. They could refine it a bit more.
