It's a big time-saver. Very convenient and fun to use. Easy UI and great customer support. Also, the information is very accurate and updated.

Slightly expensive. UI could be improved. A more comprehensive FAQ section would help.

We often find difficulty in locating a store. Even if we find it, we remain in the dark about its opening hours or availability. With Closeby, these problems are solved instantly.

When anyone search by city namethey automatically sort locations by distance. They also provide so much details of a location that is what I like about them

Can be a great app, not yet using all its potentials

What do you like best about Closeby - Store Locator?

In places that are using this app is more common, I found out that it is a user-friendly app and is very helpful to businesses and shoppers. It integrates into different websites well. It provides good information to the shoppers. It has a free plan and is very good for new and small businesses.

What do you dislike about Closeby - Store Locator?

I tested this app in different cities, but it seems it is not yet used everywhere at the same level. Also, I cannot find it in my AppStore/PlayStore yet. It would be great if people could find it in their Appstore/PlayStore

What problems is Closeby - Store Locator solving and how is that benefiting you?

By showing the location of businesses and relevant information, it makes it very easy to use. Also, since it has the capacity to integrate into the businesses' website it makes it more convenient to use. It doesn't look like an alien app and the map is very easy to use.

It's a dependable way to provide location services for small businesses at an affordable price. I personally use it to find business nearby when I travel.

I can't really think of anything it allows me to have 5 locations for free and the customer support is great.

It allows you to find all of the locations of a particular store nearby when travelling and lets you save your locations.

Closeby is a very user-friendly and easy tool to integrate a map into your Shopify website. It's also nice that by making adjustments to the fonts and colors you can customize the map to your own style.

We chose Closeby because it was the friendliest looking store locator app.

We chose Closeby because it was the friendliest looking store locater app we saw. It's easy to use once you get started. The one item that is important to know is if you are going to upload a CSV file, keep a running CSV file for later additions. Whatever you add after the initial upload, replaces the last. Lots of customization can be done, or you can keep it simple.
