What do you like best about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
The best feature on clinic source is that it keeps track of your data. By clicking a button to the right of each goal you are able to see how the client has performed on previous sessions
What do you dislike about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
Scheduling patients takes too many “clicks” and could be easier. Also if you want to view several therapy notes at a time it’s difficult. The only way I’ve found to do it is by pretending that I’m going to print and then viewing the preview. If there is another way it could be streamlined.
What problems is ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be a problem to keep up with client data when working a large caseload doing home health. Clinic source can be accessed on the field using phone or tablet and it useful for keeping all your data in one place.

I have increased efficiency since using ClinicSource Therpay Practice Management. It has been a true time saver and the best part is it is user friendly. I am not the best at using technology but it's really simple.

Theres not anything I have found so far that I dislike so that's a plus!

What do you like best about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
Our practice was converting from all paper therapy notes and billing to paperless and chose to go with ClinicSource. In general, the organization of this system was such an upgrade and easy to use.
What do you dislike about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
It was very difficult at first to get it all entered initially and input all of the data. However, after the initial information and data was entered, it was much easier to keep up with.
Recommendations to others considering ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
The beginning stages are hard at first, but after all data is inputted into the system, it is worth it!
What problems is ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company was relying on paper billing and records, so this alleviated all of that and condensed it to one easy online system. This was so much easier, and also freed up space on our office.

Needs some improvement
What do you like best about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
It's a very user friendly system and pretty easy to understand. The documentation side of the system us excellent.
What do you dislike about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
The billing side needs improvement. Its difficult to post certain things without having to manipulate the system because it's mainly a documentation system.

I use it for my daily job and it helps me to bill all of the therapy services weekly. It allows our therapists to document every detail.

Easy and convenient to use
What do you like best about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
I like how accessible this software is. I can Easily find patients documentation and scheduling fast and efficient. Clinic source is easy to learn and organized.
What do you dislike about ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
I dislike that clinic source logs me out occasionally while I am writing a report on a patient. I dislike that there is no app included with clinic source and that it can only be used on a computer desktop/laptop.
Recommendations to others considering ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management?
I advise that you be patient with the software because some is out of date and the daily notes are a bit tedious.
What problems is ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a therapy clinic we are solving the problems by using another software to write out daily notes since clinic source logs out and has bugs that makes it hard to complete documentation.
