There is one way to get things done, they update you for POC, auth so things should not get missed.

there are a lot of tabs to go into, so to figure out the right ones is tough, but once you get the hang of it its easier

The fast response back from representatives when we have a question . They are very friendly & go out of their way to assist us.

The system glitches when there is a system update & we are unable to sometimes view the attachments we had previously updated. The system sometimes updates codes without out authorization & we have to go back & change it back.

It is a very helpful system. They offer webinars for any changes/ updates the system might have and for any billing guidelines happening within the insurances.

Any general questions we might have when posting or any system automatic changes. Great customer service & fast response.

I love that it is very easy to navigate.

That when you print out the next days patients if they have previously scheduled and then rescheduled or cancelled they still print as if they were on the schedule so you have to be cautious of that. i wish the PCR's could print the progress reports to retrieve medical records

the benefits are that its a system that has people that are no longer coming to the clinic but it is easy enough to restart them up and re-activate them again.

Every day I am finding new areas that I did not know exist within Clinicient. Revenue Cycle Managers love analyzing data and the reporting mechanisms allow me to filter all of the information to tailor fit my needs.

In order to filter detailed information, the system must be complex. Training does not end with the first couple of weeks but is on-going. Being a novelist with this system, I am constantly searching for ways to complete my job. Even though there is training through the first 6-8 weeks, now that I am into the system 7 months, having additional training on the more complex issues would be extremely helpful.

We have had a few payment posting issues and Clinicient has been extremely helpful breaking down the steps to remedy the issues. Each time I ask questions, I learn more tips and tricks in the system.

Clinicient is very user friendly, especially their Insight GO platform. It is more intuitive than other EMR platforms I have used in the past. Also, Clinicient is integrating with other platforms that make the patient and therapist experience more cohesive. I also appreiciate the regular webinars to learn about the Insight GO platform and townhalls with other users around the country - this makes it feel very collaborative.

Right now there are two platforms of Clinicient - Classic and Insight GO. I know they are working to transition everything to Insight GO, but there are some tasks that require the need to toggle between the two platforms which is less effecient.

The integration of Clinicient for EMR and KEET for outcome measures improves effeciency. We are also looking at partnering with Better PT as another way to integrate a scheduling platform with Clinicient to improve front desk effeciency.

The program is very user friendly and customizable to our multi-disciplianary organization made up of many clinics. We have been able to create many templates that have made documentation more concise, quicker and compliant. The Clinicient support team is very responsive and always willing to troubleshoot any issues we have.

They are constantly trying to upgrade the programs and enhance them with the latest technology. They also do a lof education on Medicare requirements, MIPS and hold weekly forums to answer questions and provide updates.

Some feature requests we put in on Classic are not getting done. I feel like all of your resources are only going into Insight Go but that is lacking some of the necessary features we use so we can't use it yet! Bring Go up to the Classic standards so we start exclusively using that program (Letters, all tasking features, etc.)

I like the concept of being able to access and add additional information at any time. This makes Clinicient very easy to use for documenting appointments, medical updates, and other information in real-time. Less time is needed following up with updates after the appointment and eliminates the need to take written notes and enter them later. This saves valuable time and reduces errors that could be made if completing the details at a later time. There are no written notes which could become a privacy or confidentiality concern.

Clinicient has very defined fields that can make it a bit more difficult to find information if you don't have names spelled correctly or you misspell other information. But overall. it is usually not a problem to use.

A great benefit of Clinicient is the ability for everyone to have access to the most up-to-date information immediately. All details are in one place for access in the office or on the road. When several therapists are treating the same patient, all therapists have the information including any recent changes. This increases communication and eliminates delays. Having one system allows for everyone within the company to use it. From the person taking the referrals to the therapist to the business office.

I like how easy it is to navigate around Clinicient and it's easy to learn.

How slow it is sometimes or how slow it is to load charts or a new screen.

It's easy to use and train employees on, good support if you're having tech issues.

It's easy to get to a patient's chart to answer questions quickly. I can assist our patient representatives pretty quickly with how easy it is to get around the program.

The system is very easy to mover around and is user friendly

I do not have any dislike with the system.
