Easy and intuitive payment requests. The website link works flawlessly.

I would like to see more options in the scheduling.

The need for reliable and reasonably priced processing, as well as the sequestration of funds based upon the nature of the intake.

The best feature with ClientPay is the surcharge functionality in the online payment portal for client payments, which is something not featured in other payment processors.

There is nothing I dislike about ClientPay right now. I have looked at similar payment processors and I like the surcharge functionality with ClientPay and that it shows in the online payment function the amount of the surcharge.

ClientPay is solving the problem of a payment solution for clients to pay by eCheck, credit card, or debit card and through an online payment system, this reduces paper check processing and allows for faster collection on receivables.

The setup was effortless and trouble-free. The fees are lower than other platforms. The client portal is also very easy to use, well laid out, information is easy to track.

The integration between BQE CORE and Client Pay could use some improvements. Primarily the time it takes to sync the information, as CORE would show the transaction hadn't processed yet, but in the Client Pay portal it had processed already.

Integration between our current project management system makes e-payments for our clients very easy. Transactions are processed with very little trouble, once the reconciliation time tightens up, it'll be nearly perfect.

Customer service response is excellent! Should there be a question or a concern, assistance, and in most cases, issue resolution is only a phone call away. A plus is that, unlike other customer service systems, my account manager has been unchanged and knows my needs explicitly.

I wish that ClientPay would also log the service fees that were charged for individual client payments. I know that eventualy the fees will show up on the bank statment but don't like the delay.

Allowing customers/clients the option of online payments.

Their customer service is prompt and helpful. I've never had a delay when I've needed to contact someone. They have answered all my questions and resolved my issues.

Transactions that are made in one day are all lumped together in a grand total deposit, which makes it difficult when I reconcile the banking statement with our accounting software.

ClientPay interacts well with our accounting software and makes it easy and convenient for clients to pay their invoices with credit cards. This has increased the timeliness of receiving payments.

Clients can now pay their bills online, effectively and safely with the click of a button and we get paid faster!

So far, with only a couple of exceptions, it has been seamless with clients paying online. After it records in ClientPay we are able to see it applied to the invoice in BQE Core.

When taking a payment over the phone or in person, if we don't pay via the link on the invoice, it doesn't connect with the invoice in Core, so we have to make sure to apply it. This one I am sure is bank related to verify funds but when a client pays via the link but uses ACH, it can take quite a while to process and thus show the invoice has been paid. We have had a couple of people try and pay via the link, and after filling out the payment form, it just spins and never goes through...we do realize this may be a computer/cache or pop-up problem on the client end.

Clients being able to pay online with no interaction with us and it reflecting quickly in Core and with the invoice. It makes for more time for us to do other duties with the books and project payments.

My clients wanted the ease of paying with a credit card and client pay has made it so easy!

For some reason I need to tell my invoice set up in BQE CORE to add client pay option t invoice repeatedly. I wish I could set it up once.

Several of my clients were frustrated they couldn't pay via CC. client pay solved that.
