Good Claims Management System with great back-end support

What do you like best about ClickClaims?

I like that the software is very responsive, and when asking for custom forms or reporting the back-end support that I've received has been outstanding. The product itself is very stable, and I've had no issues with lost data.

What do you dislike about ClickClaims?

The interface is out-dated and very minimal. I would prefer if it was more up-to-date and intuitive.

Recommendations to others considering ClickClaims?

Utilize all that the program has to offer instead of piecing together multiple programs for a comprehensive solution.

What problems is ClickClaims solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to bridge the info coming from the carriers with Xactimate, and Clickclaims has solved that problem for us. We've been able to digitize all of our claims and deliver them digitally to the adjusters.
