I renewed my subscription Acronis True Image and my banking statement showed 2 payments and I have reported this to support. Romel replied back quickly and informed maybe in a pending state and should resolve itself in a few days and if not to supply statement details and sure enough has updated and only showing 1 payment, thanks for the great support

Have never ever received such an immediate response…
For the past few weeks I have been in touch with Cleverbridge about some refunds for programs I paid for but didn't need. I was astonished about the immediate reply I got back from them each time and thereafter the immediate credit I received to my cc. I have never experienced such an efficient communication when asking a company for an answer to one of my questions. I was stunned.

Manuel is awesome!
I was having trouble trying to cancel my subscription to QXP. I never got an acknowledgement that the subscription was actually cancelled. I contacted Cleverbridge via email. The Cleverbridge representative who responded, Manuel, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my cancellation problem quickly. Manuel is an asset to the company! I wish all customer service reps were as excellent as he is!

I mistakenly got on auto-pay and was notified of an auto-pay transaction by Cleverbridge. I asked them to stop my service and refund me. They immediately stopped my service and gave me a full refund. They are a honest and solid company.
