We are always looking for tools to improve our security framework, and Clearedin provided a cost effective and straightforward implementation to reduce the risk of phishing across our collaboration channels. IMO, the best feature is to be able to detect emails that are attempting to spoof very similar emails by small changes in the email text that would normally go un-noticed (for example johnsmith@cléaredin.com vs [email protected]) - i.e. catching the accent on the é as an attempt to spoof. The platform then allows for a central admin portal to remove all similar emails/threats from all users in the org.

As with any new platform, there are features to improve the UI and overall experience. The team has been receptive to feedback and has quickly implemented suggestions from our team.

Clearedin provides an extra layer of information for our users to make better decisions to avoid potential threats. Think of it as a red/amber/green light indicator for your email and other collaboration channels which has been helpful both in educating our users as well as providing tools to reduce threats.

Very high rate of detect suspicious emails and very low late of false positive

Integration with Microsoft Outlook application. I would like to lock any actions for suspicious emails on native app. It works pretty well on outlook/gmail web app.

Clearedin highlights suspicious email and enable our member to take proper action. The accuracy is very good so it does not prevent our work productivity.
