What do you like best about ClassWallet?

There really isnt anything I dislike about it.

Great tool, help is available if needed, customer service is great.

ClassWallet has made things much easier for our District.

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

ClassWallet has made purchasing and receipt collections much easier for us. We also like the different purses that hold various grants. Being able to use the district's tax-exempt staus for purchases is a plus with the teachres as well.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

We wish there were more vendor options. Many of our teachers would like to use Walmart or Target without having to get reimbursed. We did have problems with the timeliness of funds distribution, but that seems to have improved greatly this year.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet?

I highly recommend ClassWallet. It is user-friendly and takes tedious tasks off the plates of administrators.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have saved a lot of time using ClassWallet. We no longer have to hunt down receipts and track balances. There is also less stress on the District in the event of an audit. We know the backup is on file.

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

We are able to approve/reject purchases and adjust reimbursement amounts requested. This enables us to see what items are being purchased and ensure teachers follow the guidelines set by FDOE Regulations for the Teacher Supply Fund.

The fact that we don't have to keep receipts. ClassWallet tracks all the receipts for us. Plus, we are able to go back and look at prior year purchases if need be.

I love ClassWallet! Such a helpful platform

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like that ClassWallet is completely paper-free. Very simple to use as well. It’s definitely like a virtual wallet.As an office administrator, it’s a great time-saver. I like that it is a safe and secure platform, with no risks for fraud.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

The only downside was learning how to navigate. When I started using ClassWallet, i had to do my research on the platform. Once I reached out to customer service, I was good to go. After that, navigating the platform was very simple.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet?

Highly recommended if you want to save time. This will take so many burdens off your shoulders. It’s such a helpful platform. Give it a try!

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

No more paper! We’re saving trees here. We’re improving accounting processes and saving so much time. I like how you can submit receipts for reimbursement.

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like that they have teachers in Hillsborough County a large amount of money this year.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

I dislike that the marketplace prices are very high. I also don’t understand linking your bank account.

I don’t understand how it works.I will learn from a coworker or write the company.

Convenient, Easy Way to Manage Expenses for Schools

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I like how user-friendly this website is. It really is an easy process for teachers and staff when it comes to school expenses. It's nice how organized it is so you can have all your accounts, receipts, paperwork in one place. It really was nice having this software available for us, and made our work life much more simple than it was before.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

I don't really have anything I dislike, but maybe if there was an app version that would also be helpful.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet?

Definitely give it a shot because it will make things so much easier for you, especially if you are a busy person who has trouble organizing all your work information and personal information.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me solve problems such as budgeting and expenses. The benefits I've realized fro using this program is that it helped me take care of money issues quicker and more efficiently.

ClassWallet - Making Purchases Easy

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

The ability to purchase items for a variety of known retailers.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

Cancelling an order and getting a refund seems to take a long amount of time.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet?

Start with a slow rollout. It can be tricky to understand at first since purchasing from different retailers may have different processes. Such as being redirected to ClassWallet to check out. Sometimes you are prompted to import your cart.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making purchases easier and making Purchase Orders not as needed.

Fast reimbursements

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

The quick turnaround on reimbursements has been fantastic.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

The selection of stores does not seem to fit the need of our teachers. The prices available are much higher than other stores like Wal-Mart and Amazon

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teachers are not waiting months to get their money back after using personal money.

Their service has been better than I expected.

Their customer service has been impressive and their product is quite good.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

According to our staff, when you file a reimbursement on a mobile device, like an iPhone, you can only attache one image to the reimbursement.

Recommendations to others considering ClassWallet?

Speak to other people in your industry who are using class wallet. It's a good product but implementation of any large system has its challenges. Overall Class Wallet was very good to work with.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recordkeeping is simplified, internal controls are improved and management of small budgets is simplified. Class Wallet has delivered as promised.

Great Resource

What do you like best about ClassWallet?

I love that my money is in one place and it is super easy to find a store to order what I would like.

What do you dislike about ClassWallet?

Getting ahold of someone from ClassWallet is somewhat tricky. It is almost as if you must email ten times and then email the person in charge of them.

What problems is ClassWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a teacher so the county uses this app to keep our teacher supplies funds in one place to ensure we are only ordering items that we are allowed. It also removes the responsibility of having to keep paper receipts.
