Securly Classroom has been a huge help in keeping our students focused during lessons, especially in a 1:1 Chromebook environment. Before using it, teachers often felt like they were “flying blind” — they could assign work online, but had no way to know who was actually doing it without walking around constantly.

Now, with Securly Classroom, teachers can see every student’s screen in real-time, freeze screens when they need attention, and even open tabs or push websites directly during a lesson. It’s not about micromanaging — it’s about keeping the class on track without having to stop instruction every five minutes to redirect someone.

The fact that I have excellent help and training at my fingertips. I am a one-man shop, but it feels like I have people that I can go to for help. I came into this site without real training, but now I feel confident that I provide excellent care for our school.

It was difficult at first as I did not know about the Lounge, but once I learned about it, the sun shone a bit brighter that day! I really don't see a need to improve it, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it."

Classroom management and getting a bird's eye view of the iPads in our school. The fact that I can even check up on the iPads when I'm not at work is beneifical.

I like that I can see the screens of all the students in my class at the same time. I can see if they are focused on the task, not off somewhere else.

I don't really have any downsides to Securely. Like anything else, you have to learn how to use some of the functions like limiting tabs. Also, it takes a number of clicks to get a Securely classroom running. I wish it took just one!

It keeps my students on task. They can't hide that they are doing something else besides the lesson. I can also monitor their progress on programs like IXL while having their screens projected on the Whiteboard. Kids can also see that other kids are messing around and tend to self-police each other if they are off-task.

We are able to monitor ALL students in one place. This makes things easier when you have a large class. Many students would choose to look at other things online without this product.

There are times that Securly does not update fast enough to see in "real time" what they are looking at. It may be internet lag; sometimes this product does not show what is on the screen.

Securly is always updating their product. This helps when technology is constantly updating. This makes students work in the classroom more productive, and we have less missing work.

The ability as a teacher to be able to monitor the progress of students in real time.

Having to enter dependencies with weblinks.

It will be a game-changer in your classroom.

Being able to help multiple students at once.

I love that I am to monitor my students' work and see that they are on the right track. I also use the features to send out URLs and lock computer screens in each class.

Sometimes it takes a little bit for each of the students to pop up, but that could be Chromebook issue and not a securly issue.

There are so many features, try to learn about them all.

Attention and safety of my students is eay to monitor.

I teach 8th grade Digital Literacy & Computer Science class and my students use their chromebook everyday. I can quickly check where my students are just by quickly looking at my screen.

My Securly automatically and I love this feature. However if I have to turn this off, all of my settings are cleared and I have to set everything up all over.

Securly Classroom allows me to help more students more quickly as my class is very tech-dependent.

Securly has helped me manage my students' use on their Chromebooks. It also is a great tool for viewing their screens without having to walk around the room. The chat feature has been instrumental in communicating with them one-on-one about their work, or pushing out an announcement to the class when necessary. I have also found the tech support to be wonderfully helpful.

The only downside would be when something goes awry and I have to wait for it to be fixed. The Securly tech support, however, is great.

Students being off-task and not having enough time to give everyone feedback. Both are now possible with Securly.

It is easy to upload classes and monitor students.

Recently, our students have been finding ways to go around Securly. Very frustrating.

Securly is so easy to use. It makes classroom management a breeze.

I am able to monitor my students activity at all times. And I can communicate with them privately if I need to do so.

I've worked with and tested about a half dozen classroom management systems, and Securly Classroom has worked the most consistently.

Nothing to report! I have not had any consistent issues.

Securly Classroom has given our teachers an easy to use classroom management tool.
