What do you like best about ClaimXperience?

What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?

No caption when you upload images. It would be helpful to add a title.

What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease of downloads and having to complete the claims without the runarounds.

User Friendly

What do you like best about ClaimXperience?

Once I was able to run through an entire claim on my own, every other claim after that was easy enough. When the times comes for me to take vacation, resuming to my usual claim submission is as easy as the first time.

What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?

It is very thorough, so depending on the claim it can take a while to fill out all of the required fields. However, it is also a huge benefit for everyone having to view after my submission.

Recommendations to others considering ClaimXperience?

It is a way to maintain all parties involved in the loop of the status of each claim.

What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?

One problem that this program has helped eliminate is the follow up questions and back and forth. It is so thorough that very rarely do the reviewers have to find themselves needing to contact me for additional information.

What do you like best about ClaimXperience?

I love it. Collaborative efforts and cuts down on claim life cycles!

What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?

I would like to be able to title photos more easily when completing virtual inspections.

What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaborative effort with Insured customers. They are more engaged in the claim process and advocate with us for insurance claims.

Claims experience

What do you like best about ClaimXperience?

I like that everything is uploaded In real time with no delay. It allows me to have the documents I need asap.

What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?

I don't like that photos can be uploaded one at a time verse a one page batch.

What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?

That we can compile estimates without having to save over and again .

What do you like best about ClaimXperience?

The estimating software is pretty simple to use. Fairly user friendly, especially when estimating contents.

What do you dislike about ClaimXperience?

Reporting for this system is a nightmare - batch times are weird and data was consistent missing from reports.

What problems is ClaimXperience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps adjusters estimate properly on claims, can’t realize benefits as I never used another estimating system prior to this.
