we cannot limit customers on the User/storage utilisation.this becomes challenge in Billing part

simple and easy use of the admin console ..it works the same as your local file share server where you can have teams /departments and have granular control on each level of the folder....

No matter where I am I can share files. It is very easy to connect with others and share them and the most important no more heavy emails!

Prices seems to me a little bit high. They could be improved

I send mails with no files attached. I share files through ShareFile.

ShareFile is web tool where we can upload files and share it securely with others inside or outside the organization. We can limit the permissions to the users while sharing the files with them. This is a easy to use tool.

The only thing I dislike about this tool is that the recipient of the file must have a ShareFile account otherwise he will not be able to access the files shared with him.

How easy it is to use, ever since I started using RightSignature it has been so easy to get access to all the documents and get them to get signed. Totally reccomend

There is nothing that I dislike about RightSignature, however, I believe that it should be easier to access some of its tools especially the location of the signature

Nowadays we work with lot of people who are also on WFH model, so when we need to get contracts signed that causes a bit of a worry but with tools such as this one that problem is always solved

Sharefile is a great tool for sharing files securely. The file system is easy to grasp. Adding or deleting files is a breeze. Definitely, the easiest file-sharing software I have used.

No downsides really. The software does what it is supposed to do. The only thing that's slightly annoying is logging into the system again after a period of inactivity.

Sharefile allows the user to share items securely through their cloud-based software system. I am able to share documents, request signatures, and upload files for vendors and employees to use.

sharefile works seamlessly with our current OAUTH provider, making it extremely easy to share files in the enterprise. And the time-delay delete. which means i can store something in the cloud, set the timer, and if i forget to delete - it will automatically delete within a short period of time.

very easy to fill the space. the plugin just works, and it makes it too easy to post your files to the cloud. luckily, the controls are there so that privates remain private.

What I like about ShareFile is that you can easily transmit large files to people in different companies and can see that they took the time to download the file.

One issue I have with ShareFile is how often they make you change your password. I understand it from a security standpoint, but I hate resetting passwords so frequently.

Outlook limits us on file size and what we can send natively over it. We are sending consultants rather large Revit models for collaborating and knowing that when we send that through ShareFile, it is secure, and we get notified about who downloads the file.

Better Integration with Microsoft365 and Azure.

ShareFile is an exceptional file server, the best part is that it is hosted in the cloud, which leads to easy deployment and access to files from anywhere via some device with internet access. At all levels it meets the important need for hosting and file management of a work team or an entire organization in one place. At the file sharing security level it is excellent, with end-to-end encryption, password protection and even audit trails.

Something I find negative with ShareFile is how limited this is to integrate with other programs, there are few programs with which it is compatible.

Among the biggest advantages we have found using ShareFile are security, ease of use, its scalability and features. It makes it easier to upload, manage and share files. There is also the sharing, accessibility through mobile devices and file synchronization, plus exceptional customer service.

Easy and convenient way to send files to coworkers and collaborators. This tool also makes me confident that files will be shared in a safe and secure manner.

I have yet to notice any significant downside.

We use ShareFile to send documents between colleagues as well as collaborators. It speeds up this process and ensures files are securely being shared. We can also get required signatures on documents at the same time
