Cisco Talos sometimes takes a long time to update a reputation score, often more than three days. This delay makes it difficult for us to move forward with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely way.

I love the interface when you first navigate to the website. It gives you alerts on current/active Incidents involving Spam, Malware or Legitimate Emails. I also like the indicators on the homepage that reference incident numbers of certain events in a specific region. The Podcast feature is another great feature as well. It gives a personal insight to the individuals in the Information Technology industry and what hot items are in the news to discuss and further breakdown to what could help prevent events like that from happening.

I don't really have any specific dislikes about the tool. But if I had to stay what I wish was available on the website were training videos on how to get the most out of the website for those who may not know what they're looking for.

I would highly recommend you add Cisco Talos to your security tool reference list. The overall experience and expertise used to add such recent and relative information is extremely important for any level of IT Specialist. I remember being introduced to this product when I first began my studies at UoH. My IT Security course introduced basic knowledge articles, websites and tools used to always stay informed with on-going on resolved incidents.
