Currently cin7 is solving our problem of inventory management between multple channels and order managerment, We currently sell on our site along with amazon, and walmart. Cin7 makes it very convient to track orders and inventory

Cin7 has really helped us scale our business. It is easy to use. I set it up and use it daily. It integrates well with Xero and Shopify. The B2B website helps our customers order by themselves. You can integrate with Amazon FBA and Vendor (EDI) plus allsorts of other Marketplaces. A great product. Cory Sanders has been an absolute star in helping us get all our integrations sorted.
The sometimes slow customer service and issues with integrations not working correctly has been a challenge at times. There used to be a phone number, but that no longer exists. There is live chat which can be very helpful. But, if the representative on the live chat cannot help you have to raise a ticket. Tickets can take anything from a few days to months to be resolved. However, if you get the right person then the help can be amazing.
Having said that, I would recommend it as a great platform, which is easy to use and get to grips. Make the most of your onboarding process and really test it out so that once you go live everything is known.

Cin7 Omni can help track your inventory making it easier to manage our warehouse. It has a lot of helpful pages and chat support can easily be reached. Very helpful.
We're unable to delete products that have inventory. We can only deactivate them. Most of the time, there are workarounds between areas we could not remove/edit.
CIN7 helps us in our warehouse/inventory management, direct EDI and integrations. It connects our inventory across all sales channels. Inventory levels are being rectified and it helps us to integrate all our orders to our shipping platform, therefore helping us fulfill seamless transactions with our customers.
Easy to handle customer orders. Through this tool, we can reassign the purchase to a specific warehouse, request cancelation, and manage the inventory of a specific item.
It's quite a bit of a technical tool. Is not that user-friendly. But for the most part is very efficient and useful. It would be better if users didn't have to jump around and follow so many steps to complete one action.

Their support team is extremely helpful with even the smallest of questions. I've contacted them via live chat as well as by creating tickets, and every time, they have resolved any issues I've had or answered my question.
Wrapping my head around how the system worked took some time, however, as mentioned their team are happy to help even with what seems like insignificant questions so that I fully understood the system and how our business could best utilize it.
Cin7 has allowed us the ability to easily manage our inventory with high-level overviews of our stock as well as detailed reports we use for ordering, clearly slow stock and building bundles.

sometimes i do not like the updates what they do to the program, it take awhile for me to figure that out and adjust, other than that I am really happy with this program, might seem a little overwhelming but it's worth it

We had a hard time finding inventory management software that could handle Amazon Vendor Central accounts. Our main reason for creating an account was to integrate easily with our current customers using EDI. The support team has been excellent in helping us set up our account and answering any questions we may have.
We distribute and wholesale master cartons to our customers. It would be helpful if we could create labels directly in the system. Currently, we only have the ability to create unit labels.
Repetitive administration and paperwork for our order fulfillment process have been eliminated by automating invoicing for our retail customers such as Amazon and Wayfair.
