What do you like best about ChronoScan?
The program's ability to be virtually used in any application. The staff is available and can make the software work in any application That your office uses.

Can not think of any at the moment. It’s still a new product for us.

Document Pre-Classification
What do you like best about ChronoScan?
It allow us to capture data from all form. M-Files export allow us to replace files with the same name in multi-files object. It instantly read barcode from the document.
What do you dislike about ChronoScan?
It collect all the data from the document and validate them for us, which is a great feature form a scanner. On more feature which I really like it split the documents on the bases of IDR , we just have to define the software about the front page look and it will automatically split the documents for us.
Recommendations to others considering ChronoScan?
There is no option for intelligent character recognition(ICR) in this software. Some of its feature requires deep learning other wise it will create problems.
What problems is ChronoScan solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will recommend to use OCR PlugIn of Nuance. It is really helpful with the help of this plugin feature your software will be able to read poor quality documents and will increase your automation . Due to that you can avoid filling data manually in case of poor visible data.

What do you like best about ChronoScan?
Chronoscan decreases the amount of time it takes to scan important information in the workplace. It also provides quality and efficiency with making bar codes and scan codes.
What do you dislike about ChronoScan?
Dislike the cost of it, but it can be with it with the correct training. Would like more webinars.

The software works well for me. I have hardly had any problems with this.

I don't like how sometime the software glitches. It can be troublesome.

Definitely recommend, especially because its easy to use! It has a few quirks that aren't detrimental to its use and effectiveness.

Chronoscan is useful anytime I am scanning documents, they all come out nice, crisp, and clean.

Hooking up my device to the scanner can sometimes be confusing but I got used to it.
