While Chiro Cat is fantastic, I wish the interface was a bit more user-friendly. Sometimes, it can be a tad tricky to navigate. It would be great to have more user-friendly guidance for newcomers. But overall, it's a small hiccup in what's an otherwise amazing tool for chiropractors.

what i like most about Chiro Cat is how the software integrates with popular billing systems and insurance portals to streamline the billing process and reduce errors

what i dislike is the amount of time it takes to learn and properly use the software

This is very simple to use, intutive interface helped me a lot for clinic implemenatation of my client. It has great dashbords and mainly it's cloud based.

So far all good, my client is happy with this product.

It helped me and my client to solve:

2. Scheduling

3.Analytics

$. Made my client efficient.

It gets the job done with simplicity and ease of use! I wish I had this DAY ONE of my practice.

It is more expensive and should be priced at $199 to be the most competitive and an easier choice when picking an EHR. It IS WORTH the $299 but is easier to swallow monthly at $199.

Problem: Documenting my chiropractic visit accurately and quickly is important to my sanity as a chiropractor.

Context: UWS graduate of 2016. Started my own office in 2017 and tried most major EHRs. Run a Personal Injury, Functional Medicine and Classic Chiropractic offices. I see visits that require minimal documentation (Quick Adjustments) and complex documentation (Croft Grade 4-5); I need both flexibility and ease of use. I get ZERO pay from the makers of ChiroCat for this review; this is my honest opinion.

Solution: ChiroCat is documentation excellence...

ChiroCat has made my business more enjoyable to run daily. My quality of life has significantly improved after switching AND properly implementing ChiroCat in my business. The developers of this EHR care about our experience and don't just want to take your money. This is evident with their amazing customer support and responsiveness to feedback.

I use to dread daily documentation, tracking payments, receiving EOBs, dealing with any documentation process, it was a necessary evil to helping my community. ChiroCat has helped solve so many problems that I look forward to documenting my visits and using that info to help better provide care for my patients.

What I like best about Chiro Cat is its ease of use and the ability to help organize the information in my Chiro Office.

There really isnt much that I don't like, however, If I had to choose one thing it would be the time it takes to get used to. However, once you learn the strings, it GREAT.

Lots of problems actually. Chiro Cat helps solidify and manage a filing system I have not found on any other platform.

I love the ease of use, super user friendly. Easy to set up and helped in consolodiating multiple systems for my office

The only con is the slight learning curve, given the limted options of the past. Other than that, extremely solid service.

It is allowing me to do many of my daily tasks from a single point of contact. Its saving me time and allowing me to truly consolidate so many moving parts into one system. It is super well thought out and constructed.

It does just about as much as any other ehr does. Reminds patients, soap notes, calendar. The developers will consider new additions which is nice. Also it is cloud based so you don't need to worry about losing the software.

It costs quite a bit. But it's not as full service as some of the other ehr's at the same price. Would be nice to have more for the cost. Needs to be a bit more intuitive too on the soap notes.

We were looking at different ehr's to switch too. It is important to have one that helps you and lets you get the information you need quickly and efficiently.
