Easy to upload & investigate observations, incidents

Not to have an 'understood & acknowledge in Documents module

The problem of a decent EHS tool, collect and configure EHS Data, create EHS culture within company.

Engage EHS is very easy and convenient to use. I like to have everything in one place that is easy for the team to access. The modules for risk assessemnt are of particular use to us and include all of the relevant fields that allows us to produce and manage this aspect of H&S management. Our next step will be to include our EHS training logs, which will help us to idenbtify any shortfalls.

We've only been uysing it for aboiut six months, so far we've not found anything to dislike. Maybe as we become more experienced there might be some areas that we would consider for improvement, for sure we will inform the team and help to make life a little easier for us all.

We're using Engage to reorganize all of our EHS documentation as it is straightforward to use.

There are not many systems on the market that can do everything Engage EHS is able to do I would recommend it to anyone who needs an all encompassing system that holds all documents in one palce

I very much like the user interface, it is clear and easy to use. Data is available with just a few clicks. it is one of the best H&S online products i have used.

In the early implementation we had issues with the recording of incidents but the team at Effective resolved the issue very quickly and professionally.

I would definitely recommend using the Effective software to any company looking to upgrade their H&S auditting and recordong.

We use Effective for recording all site audits including Covid compliance. We also record all incidents onto the system and it is easily searchable to look back at accidents.

The ability to create and difine audits for different reasons. The dashboard is simple yet effective for the user to navigate and find the required information or reporting tools.

It is hard to find any fault with this system and have none that i can think of

General process and safety audits, employee training history and ISO/IATF audits.

Having all compliance in one place and be able to run reports on that data

The limited flexibility of the system. If you 'uncheck' a box in the Access menu, then that items, should be removed from the app feature also

Audits. This common automatic process make it all so easy. (Once you have the detail loaded - Not so easy)

Easy for all users, including those who do not use computers regularly. This is important to encourage incident reporting

Creating bespoke reports can be a bit tortuous, and the requirement to investigate every incident is unecessary

We have seen significant uplifts in the numbers of hazards and incidents reported, and having moved our training records into Engage we have found it much easier to see our training needs and training compliance

I really like that on the dashboard it has all of your tasks or any actions that are assigned to you showing so that is the only place that you need to go on opening the app.

The mobile app is very clunky, am looking forward to seeing the update.

Getting audits completed, having reminders for overdue audits sent to remind people to complete them.
