I've used Chegg for 2 months now and my experience has been okay since all the answers I've been getting are human written. However, my only issue is the ads being too much. I hope they can resolve that.

I think it is a very good website

I think it is a very good website. I am using for a while and it is really very good everyone should use it. So for me it deserve 5 star.

Non existent customer support. Lip service.

This is a waste of time. 3 months to try to rectify a sync issue between app and website. Their solution. Empty cache clear cookies. And take this issue seriously and are working hard to rectify it.BS. phoned 4 times. Same excuses, canceled it. Inept support with dumb techs or they don't care. Take your pick. Wish I could give negative stars.
