The software is user friendly, easy to use, and saves time. I would recommend it to my colleagues and I enjoy using it.

I would suggest to add the feature, filter by me and be able to stay on the filter even if I refresh the page..

The reference check would highlight if there is any gap between the employee and the employer data provided. Which is a good reference. At the end of the daty if someone is lying, it may show and it may not. But at the end of the day, I am happy using this software.

Speed of some police checks but not Checkmate's fault but that of the ministry of justice, otherwise it's super easy and very efficient to see results back

Streamlining of reference and background checks

That you automate reminders to the candidates and the referees about completing our request for references and checks. That you can detect suspicious references.

I can't think of anything I dislike yet. Sure there are bumps especially when setting up but the team is readily available for support.

The turnaround time for getting completed checks, that you can ensure that we're getting valid reference checks.

It is integrated with our ATS with a simple interface and therefore really easy to use. More importantly, cuts down admin time.

The Checkmate team is also really great to work with. Very responsive!
