The payout from the company (that sends the into to Checkbook.ioO) was delayed, but once that was sorted out, the Checkbook.io folks were very responsive and prompt with their replies to my email; and they were able to fix any delays. Setting up for receiving funds to my bank was straightforrward and quick, however, I had difficulty figuring out how to print a check...I could see the check details, it said the status was "unpaid", but I had no luck figuring out why I could not print it. Well, it turned out that my email address used for the payor company was wrong, so the email notification that allows you to use the print feature was not received. I contacted the payor company and icheckbook.io using their Support feature (I believe it was way at the bottom of the page) and got quick results!

I had some challenges with connecting direct deposit due to a name and email change, but the team connected with me very quickly and was able to guide me on how to resolve the issue promptly.

I am new to checkbook.io and had a question on the process times. My e-mail was responded to very timely and a problem with the delivery resolved immediately.
