Thanks to technologies like SandBlast, the system proactively stops zero-day threats before they infect the network, transforming a security posture from simple detection into real prevention. This benefits daily operations by providing granular visibility over applications and a level of forensic detail in logs that drastically speeds up troubleshooting and security audits.

Check Point NGFWs perform reliably in cloud-heavy environments with stable VPC routing, segmentation, and HA behavior even as traffic scales, and that their threat engines remain very strong for inline inspection, TLS decryption, and custom signatures without killing performance.

The management interface feels weird and takes a lot of getting used to; simple things sometimes require CLI when competitors have it right in the GUI.

Check Point is helping me solve cloud stability and deep inspection problems. In heavy cloud environments, I used to see performance drop when turning on TLS inspection and segmentation.
