Decent but dated IMS
What do you like best about Charles River IMS?
It's a flexible system that allows for the integration of several others, good complexity of rule building.
What do you dislike about Charles River IMS?
Very outdated UI, hard to understand unless somebody else can show you the ropes. Not intuitive.
What problems is Charles River IMS solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can act as one whole system for all relevant IM orders, for all asset classes and be a central record, compliance rules and audit at the same time.

Worst user experience ever - Too many freeze and slowness
What do you like best about Charles River IMS?
The tool has many functionnalities that I would like to be able to use...but the product is too unstable

The tool freezes many times a day.
