What do you like best about ChargeDesk?
Very reliable, and easy to use, it's fast, integrates with PayPal and Stripe.
What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?
No ApplePay / Google Pay / Microsoft Pay support at this time.
What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ChargeDesk to charge customers within our customer service software.

This then syncs through stripe to Xero - perfect! Invaluable
What do you like best about ChargeDesk?
The Chrome extension is superb. The whole team use it, we use it every day.
What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?
It can be a little fiddly trying to find items.
What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now our whole team can issue refunds and create new charges for customers to pay, we don't have to wait for accounts.

What do you like best about ChargeDesk?
Really speeds up my customer support inside Zendesk
What do you dislike about ChargeDesk?
Needs to integrate with authorize.net and more payment gateways.
What problems is ChargeDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a way to refund charges and cancel subscriptions inside Zendesk. Also like the email receipts and billing support pages which reduce my customer support.
