It is easy to see device compliance level and instantly see what needs to be done to correct any issues. It was very easy to setup and start using right away. The team is always willing to help with any issues we came across and answer any questions we have had. Another plus is a lot of services like changing a compliance report to meet our needs removing components we have covered by other means.

Not being able to run a report on a single device. I know you can generate a report after the scan is run but you still have to scan all device in a group first. It is difficult to find where to submit a support request on NNT's site I ended up having to email someone from NNT to show me how.

Who made changes on hardware.

We needed a file integrity and change track monitoring solution and initially looked at Tripwire. The problem was we weren't getting much response from our questions so started to look at alternatives.

We came across NNT and, to be honest, haven't looked back. We've built up a good relationship over the years, and support has always been first rate.

The really positive side is that whilst NNT have grown a lot since we started working everything still feels the same as it did all those years ago...very quick responses and still the same friendly people who were there at the start.

Very happy with our decision.

Nothing to add here, as I said in the title it does what it says on the tin. It just works.

We were looking at this for Pci reasons and it solved a whole host of our compliance issues from monitoring change and file integrity to helping with hardening of server software installs. It's made life much easier, we get a daily automated email with events and alerts for unexpected changes.

What I like most is that the Change Tracker Tool is completely user friendly. The Tool is very easy to use and the Support being offered by NNT is also exemplary. If any issues(s) are reported a response/update on the issues is provided within the first half hour.

I have been using this tool for a little over a year, and so far I have not experienced anything I dislike (as yet)

The tool is very simple and easy to use, yet it captures everything that it needs to do. It also satisfies all the FIM requirements for PCI.

The accuracy of the audit feature, and its alignment with PCI compliance requirements.

There are none at the moment. This is a very good product.

Change Management, File Integrity Monitoring and system hardening configurations.

The customer service and support, always willing to listen to feedback and ideas and go the extra mile. Don't feel like I'm just another account number, but they're open to investigate and work on integrations with other systems etc.

Change Tracker is not trying to be an all-inclusive "all things to everyone" solution (unlike another big name vendor in this space). Instead it's focused on change/config monitoring, doing it well and cost-effectively, and providing integration capabilities with other systems/vendors, e.g. change management/ticketing systems. This way the customer is able to select and create their own "fit for purpose" system using best of breed solutions.

Change monitoring for regulatory compliance. Working on integration with change management system, with great support and input from NNT.

Like that the UI is fairly intuitive and that with this version very responsive.

Not so happy with the error messages that are displayed that dont actually tell you what the source of an issue is which leads to having to log support tickets for what should be simple issues

Something to consider with this tool is the time it will take to perform the initial tuning - there will be a large volume of essentially "noise" that you will have to write rules to exclude.

Using this as a FIM tool and also as a compliance tool. It has given us grater visibility not only to the human initiated changes but also where some of our applications and tools are making change we were not aware of.
