What do you like best about CertsOnline?

My favorite feature is Ebix manages, reviews, and sends out renewal requests for vendor COI's on our behalf.

What do you dislike about CertsOnline?

There can be human error when the COI is reviewed and a vendor is sent a non-compliant letter. This makes vendors quite irritable.

What problems is CertsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are saving time not having to review COI's internally, which save money.

What do you like best about CertsOnline?

All the information you need, right at your fingertips. The system allows for very little user error, and everything is very clearly labled and displayed.

What do you dislike about CertsOnline?

The system is very slow. To the point of frustration. Getting anything updated or changed by the manufacturer is a nightmare.

Recommendations to others considering CertsOnline?

Worth it for cost alone. Not for speed.

What problems is CertsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

We only recently upgraded to EBIX products, and the savings are real. Typically it's cheaper per transaction, and thus smarter in the long run despite the frustration.
