The Cerberus FTP server is very easy to configure and use. The documentation is very clear and helpful, and support is very responsive.

One of my current dislikes is that with single sign-on. After a user is provisioned for single sign-on, there is no way to remove them from the console when the account is no longer needed. The user shows as disabled.

We use it for clients that need to transfer large amounts of data securely.

We had to replace an aging FTP server with something more secure the setup and security setup was well documented and were able to spin up the SFTP server quickly and securly. They are also sending relevant news about the product and what the new and upcoming features wil be added with the latest release. Also integrating with the legacy applications was easy as well. The customer support team has been great to work with we have run into issues and needed their assistance.

Nothing that we can think of as a con for Cerberus FTP server.

We had an insecure FTP server and had a demo and fell in love with the platform to solve our business needs.

We set it up once and forgot about it. We don't touch the product unless there is an update.

The interface could be a little more user-friendly.

We needed a reliable file sharing solution and this solved it.

The software is easy, intuitive, feature packed, pleasant to admin, mature and stable. It just works! Updates are easy and seamless

I don't love the licensing model which requires a yearly or two year manual update. Internet licensing an option maybe?

We need to allow outside cloud apps to send and recieve files to our systems.

There isn't a whole lot to not like about Cerberus

Provides a safe and automated way to send/receive files to/from customers and vendors

It provides ease of use so that all of our users, even those who aren't tech saavy, can use it with ease. It was easily integrated with our environment providing a secure solution. Customer support for this product is outstanding. They are very quick to assist with any issues we run in to.

Are there any downsides? Our company wouldn't consider any other solution

Cerberus is extremely easy to use and upkeep. I like having the ability to manage the users and easily give each user different settings for their logins. Customer service is very helpful as well as quick to respond.

The cost associated with this service in comparison to One Drive is much higher but the Cerberus FTP Service allows for more control over users and data.

Cerberus allows us to transfer large amounts of data from our customers. Otherwise we would have to pay for shipping USB drives back and forth.
