Centerbase is an easy choice because it lets me create advanced reports that other software doesn’t offer, and it’s backed by great customer service and incredible internal consultants like Hillary and Camille.

The system takes some time to learn because there is so much customization.

Centerbase is focused mainly on Legal Practice management, billing, and accounting. What I like the most is how everything is integrated within cloud solution all in one package with immeasurable customization options.

Calendar management is not working correctly. But so far, nothing to dislike the most.

We were looking for a cloud solution integrated entirely and not linked with another product.

Centerbase is a powerful product that keeps getting better--sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the improvements. Although customer support was an issue early on (at least for a small customer) as they grew quickly, they have been taking steps to bring it up to the quality of the product itself. The customizability of the product is unparalleled among online solutions--it is the level of customizability previously available only in a hosted server solution. This is the only answer of which I am aware for a firm that wants a powerful solution for a reasonable monthly per-head fee.

Because Centerbase is so customizable, initial setup and customization will almost certainly require the help of an outside consultant "partner".

Centerbase has many online help tools but it is being updated and improved so quickly that there isn't an up-to-date user manual.

Identify a "partner" consultant you trust.

It does adapt to what your law firm needs. It can be synchronized to several other apps to take the operations to another level

Everytime an update ran, some of my settings will go crazy and stop working

Make sure to be patient when transitioning and using for the first time. The platform is very user friendly but can get confusing

Easily customized to sere you unique business needs. I consider it to be a somewhat versatile product.

Does not have some of the features that you might find with other CRM products. It's a bit less progressive in it's new versions as well.
