Decent for basic needs but can be complicated to learn

What do you like best about Centaman?

The ability to track a variety of reservations and book multiple people into tours. Can be used by multiple departments for different tasks.

What do you dislike about Centaman?

Customer service is not always helpful to fix problems. Mostly since some problems can not be recreated or have no actual reason for happening. Does not connect easily to a calendar function. Also cannot customize field titles to specifically fit the organizations needs.

Recommendations to others considering Centaman?

Be upfront with all of your needs for the product. Have someone on staff that is knowledgeable about software to help with reporting.

What problems is Centaman solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to schedule camp classes, selling behind the scenes tours, tracking inventory in gift shop and concession stand, selling admissions at the gates and running attendance and financial reports. We also track attendance and are able to offer web based registration that can be skinned to match our current website.

What do you like best about Centaman?

When it successfully loads, Centaman makes it easy to process transactions and refund when needed.

What do you dislike about Centaman?

The software does not always load without complications. Often, the software crashes the tablet and stops responding.

Recommendations to others considering Centaman?

Make sure that the hardware that you are using can handle the Centaman software without crashes or issues.

What problems is Centaman solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am looking to have a POS that can run on garbage tablets without any issues.
