We have a clinical study and would like to track the results of the clinical study on a daily basis.

Castor shows me the progress on each patient, which helps me to focus on the data that needs to be completed. It is not repetitive and its interface is user friendly.

Nothing that comes to mind! I haven't found any issues as a user.

CASTOR isn't solving a problem, it is capturing all the clinical data that I input.

CASTOR has been my favourite trial database to use, it's very self explanatory and easy to click through the patient's journey. Each entry autosaves so you don't have to keep inputting passwords. Only once had an issue with the site crashing. It has been simple to speak with someone to rectify any issues too.

Sometimes it times out but doesn't tell you it's timed out until after you have inputted data. You don't get email notifications when there is a query on a piece of data, you just see it on the database when you login.
