Simple to navigate
What do you like best about Casamba Clinic?
The calendar app that allows you to keep track of your daily hours worked and productivity.
What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?
The new appointment scheduler doesn't allow you to see the names of the therapist and the hours they are scheduled without having to drag the section and make it bigger.
What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to keep many different therapist schedules organized.

User Friendly
What do you like best about Casamba Clinic?
The drop down boxes with multiple options for documentation.
What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?
The appointment scheduler can only be edited by one employee at a time. Before the update this was not an issue.
What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to track Ard days and Rug levels so we don’t miss anything on any patients.

Very user friendly software!
What do you like best about Casamba Clinic?
Easy to navigate program, straightforward with no frills. Seem less integration with Point Click Care program, feeds therapy data in so nursing administration can easily view.
What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?
Could use some updating in the appearance of the program - it seems like an older product, strictly in appearance.
What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to train staff to use, it gives cues at point of service. Very easy to compile thorough statistical data as well.

Documentation is simple and software is easy to navigate.

I like that there are short cuts for daily notes and for picking short term/long term goals.
What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?
There’s nothing to dislike. It’s great software.

It’s easy to use and effective!

Weekly notes, discharges, and updated plans of care are easy because casamba lets you know when they are due. I’ve had good experience with Casamba.

The ease of navigation with documentation, billing and scheduling of patients.

Outdated appearance. Could use a little more cleaning up.

For easy to use, straight to the point system, this is the one.

Multi disciplinary scheduling with therapy including clock in times, PTO requests and payments.

Easy billing, documentation, time management

One excellent program to clock in/out, request PTO, manage productivity and of course bill CPT codes and easily document for each code.

Easy to use and rarely has errors
What do you like best about Casamba Clinic?
Casamba is a great program. We barely ever get calls for Casamba issues, other than password resets or training. I love the fact that there are links and index cards with training within the program.
What do you dislike about Casamba Clinic?
Casamba has less reporting available than our other program.
What problems is Casamba Clinic solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Casamba for therapists to treat our patients in person and notate at the same time without making the patients feel ignored.
