Social Media platform that has it all!
What do you like best about CareerArc?
As a company, we love that we can manage all of our social media channels in one place! We also like that it provides us features we are going to actually use!
What do you dislike about CareerArc?
Currently there is no option to do schedule a postings multiple times in one week, from one post. But they are always making changes to make our life easier! So we are sure it is coming soon.
What problems is CareerArc solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are eliminating us having to have multiple people posting manually on each social media channel. We can have one person post on all channels at one time.

Nothing stands out to me as a negative at this time.

What do you like best about CareerArc?
It has created a connection to social networks like Twitter and LinkedIn about our job opportunities with our school district.
What do you dislike about CareerArc?
The steps on the scheduler for multiple profiles for each event or job posting campaign. If you could have a page where you can tie the events or the job posting to the campaign would be nice.
What problems is CareerArc solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting highly qualified applicated early in our recruiting period for the next school year and hired them before summer with the launch of CareerArc.

I wish there were more options for career events.

Great products, even better people
What do you like best about CareerArc?
Super easy set up, dashboard reporting A+. Customer service is second to none. My management group loves the interactive map and we've seen an uptick in applications coming through social channels.
What do you dislike about CareerArc?
ATS job tagging (our system is limited).

Need to understand your social media recruiting needs and how to leverage CareerArc's offerings to improve them.
What problems is CareerArc solving and how is that benefiting you?
CareerArc has taken over the administrative function of social postings for us, as well as brought many great ideas on how to improve brand and expanding our audience. The jobs maps has been incredibly powerful and management really appreciates that. The follow up and follow through from the time we first signed a contract has been top notch.

What do you like best about CareerArc?
CareerArc helps us improve our social media presence and engagement. The job map is an awesome interactive source that drives high numbers of candidate interest. CareerArc's user friendly dashboard allows us to collect, retrieve, and analyze data with ease. Our point of contact is readily available to assist and answer questions.
What do you dislike about CareerArc?
There are not any recommendations for improvement at this time. The new dashboard is very user friendly.
What problems is CareerArc solving and how is that benefiting you?
CareerArc is providing a great source that allows us to analyze our social media presence. With this data we are able to improve our engagement on various social media platforms by increasing posting frequency and increasing our use of tags.
