Having everything under ONE program simplifies it all! More user-friendly

What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?

I like having all files under one program. This also allow us to be able to scan documents in and we have all the information needed under one thing.

What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?

I dislike how slow it can be! I have spend over 15 minutes waiting for it to load.

What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing and documentation of patients.

Streamline small medical practices with CareCloud

What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?

Everything is in one cloud-based system, so no need for a file server or backups. The user interface is extremely easy to use and navigate. Training materials are helpful and teach things well. The system is regularly being improved and updated.

What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?

Sometimes, support tickets can take a while to be resolved, but this has only seemed to be an issue when it's something very strange that no one has encountered before.

What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to access all patient records at any time. Having our front office and back office documentation in one system is amazing. The reports app within CareCloud is amazing - you can run reports on just about anything.

What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?

it looks nice, streamlined, easy to use, intuitive and clear for users. cloud storage is a nice feature. ticket support has been quick.

What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?

from the other reviews, it would be nice to chart on an ipad.

What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?

overall synchronization between the whole office is a great thing with clnic staff busy.

EHR that is not available is not smart business!! HORRIBLE!!!!

What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?

It is visually appealing, and web based are the only likable features.

What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?

We were sold iPad charting app that was "to be released in 2 weeks" That was 3 YEARS AGO!! It is still not available! We are leaving CC very UNHAPPY clients...

Recommendations to others considering CareCloud Concierge?

RUN!!!! They have no accountability, and do not stand behind their product!!!!
