I love how easy it is to schedule our clients.

I dislike how clunky/nonsimplistic it is.

Our old appointment scheduler was very unreliable and glitchy.

What I like best about CareCloud Community is how simple it is to schedule our clients, it increases networking collaboration. I also enjoy the customer service since they are very patient and helpful when it comes to answering questions.

What I dislike about CareCloud Community is that its recent upgrades have made it more difficult to use. There have also been some connectivity issues that have been affecting the operations and therefore it brings some errors.

The problem that I'm trying to solve with CareCloud Community is communication gaps, some of the benefits that I have realized have been that it's very user friendly and really easy to customize.

Helpful to connect with staff. The network increases collaboration.

Knowing when to use certain coding. Its not too simplistic in nature.

To evaluate current methods to determine how this software will be used.
