Great Legal CRM Software
What do you like best about Captorra?
Captorra allows you to see all prospects at a glance. Easy to sort by status, intake date, or other parameters. Captorra integrates with Aderant Total Office, so we don't have to re-enter client information once the prospect retains us. Allows us to create representation agreements by merging client info with templates, then can auto-send to client by email or text and use e-sign to complete. Also, auto-sends emails to pertinent staff for review. Inquiries from answering service, website, and chats are automatically sent to Captorra. Tracks activity like contacts, documents sent, etc. Creates tasks and reminders. Can track marketing sources.
What do you dislike about Captorra?
We use two languages with our clients and Captorra cannot handle different address and phone formats for the non-U.S. country. You cannot preview an auto-generated document before it auto-sends to client. Large upfront investment, but we believe that it will be worth it in the long run.
Recommendations to others considering Captorra?
Ask Captorra what format they need information and templates submitted in. They did not provide this information and just made decisions about our templates based on their prior experience, rather than asking our preferences. This has slowed down the implementation.
What problems is Captorra solving and how is that benefiting you?
Captorra makes the whole intake process more efficient. No more cumbersome spreadsheets. No more double or triple entry of client information. Can easily sort information on screen. E-signature option makes it easier and more likely for clients to sign and return agreements to us. Auto-generated texts and emails to staff and clients is more efficient that manually creating correspondence.

Captorra Intake Software
What do you like best about Captorra?
Captorra has great customization features, allowing you to Taylor the cloud based software to your exact needs, setting up different field of the intake form based on case type or previously answered intake questions.
What do you dislike about Captorra?
I really havent found a single thing I disliked about the software but if pressed I would say there are a few minor bugs when using chrome browsers.

Simplify and Customize your intakes, use Captorra!!

With customized intakes using Captorra, we get more intakes done in less time, without as many errors.
