Email integration. UI/UX - really easy to navigate and use. Never really any down time, overall performance is great. Lots of new AI features that are helpful also.

Simplicity at Its Best, Perfect for Tracking Tasks

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I like that Capsule CRM is very simple to use, which makes it easy for us to log information to follow up on leads and tasks. The tracking system on opportunities works well for us, especially since we use it for each course booked.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I find that uploading documents sometimes doesn't allow me to drag and drop onto the opportunity.

What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Capsule CRM logs information to follow up on leads and tasks for each course. I like its simplicity and the opportunity tracking system. However, document uploading sometimes doesn't work well, as I can't always drag and drop onto the opportunity.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

CRM is easy to pick up, the interface is user friendly and you do not get lost in multiple tabs. The Capsule extension with your email address makes taking client information much easier as well.

I have had no issues at all with Capsule CRM to date

Capsule solves the issue of keeping all out client information and project information in one place it is excellent for tracking the progress of your jobs which allows all of us to be on the same page when reviewing the week and where we are at

Easy to Use, Flexible Dashboards, and Great Value for Managing Large Client Pipelines

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

It’s very easy to use. It lets me manage a large client base across different industries, with multiple pipeline stages. The pricing is very reasonable, and it includes a lot of functions that other brands would charge a fortune for. I also like the flexibility to build my own dashboard and give the team clear visibility.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be great to be able to track all Outlook emails. Right now the process is a bit too manual, and it doesn’t capture everything.

What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re an SME, and we didn’t need a product with all the singing-and-dancing functions we wouldn’t use. Capsule is the right fit for us: it’s straightforward, clean, and easy for the whole team to navigate, which helps keep everything transparent.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

It integrates easily with my bookkeeping and other software.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

Sometimes get lost when attaching notes/emails to clients/organisations/opportunities/projects - I want them to be available in all if I put it in one.

What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to have visibility of my sales pipeline and also project manage in the one place. I am liking the automations and the integrations that help me to keep my workflows tight.
