Campspot has truly been a game-changer for our campground! The reservation system is simple, convenient, and makes daily operations so much easier. Whenever I have questions, the support team is quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and always takes the time to walk me through the process so I can confidently handle it myself next time. They’re patient and genuinely helpful.

The Point of Sale feature has streamlined our Camp Store operations, and the utility portion is fantastic—I can easily enter electric and propane usage for our seasonal guests, and the system automatically creates and sends invoices. It couldn’t be simpler!

Campspot listens to costumer feedback, implements, and constantly improves. The analytics is robust and the user experience is good.

I get customer complaints that it's difficult to enter promo codes. Sometimes the help line can be hit or miss, although it's 80% good.

There are some basic features that are not available through CS that one would think would be. Improving one on one guest contact one be amazing.

This platform allows lodgins and point of sale to be in one system. This combination is extremely helpful. The ability to allow a guest to "charge" to their account during their stay is beneficial.

Great online booking for our Campground. Helpful videos available if we need to learn something new with the system. We also like the campspot certifications available online for our employees.
