The platform is really great and easy to use. The platform is easy to navigate, it has good reporting and dashboard capabilities. The implementation was really good. Girish and the team kept the project on track and was very helpful.

Customer support after implemenation is really good.

No real concerns. We haven't had any major problemes. Any minor gliches were addressed by the implemention team during UAT or by the Camms support team as we go live.

This is our first platform. We had previously relaied on Excel registers. Camms allows us to assign controls and treatments to specific roles/teams. Camms aslo have real time reporting and dashbaords that we can access.

Camms.Risk has been transformational in how we, as an organisation, reports and manages its risks. This is in part down to the software but can also be attributed to the world class leaders they have access to in the risk field.

Most of the areas that have been a concern for the majority of users should be updated with Camms.Risk evolved, which we are very excited about! The opportunities that this will bring to further change our organisation will be for the better!

It is helping us have a better understanding of our strategic risk profile and to make better decisions. With the Engage model as part of the package it is allowing for reports and review meetings to be much shorter and more to the point, allowing leaders to have more time to discuss the real issues that are affecting the organisation.

The reporting mechanisms and production capabilities are not only visually appealing but also highly dependable. The Camms team demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and offered invaluable assistance every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.

While navigating some of the administrator settings, we found a few complexities; however, Charlie and Adam promptly assisted us in understanding and utilising these settings. Occasionally, we experienced some slowness, and the tagging feature has yet to become fully function with multiselect tagging.

Camms.Risk has assistend us with solving several problems and brings significant benefits to our organisation. Camms.Risk allows you to link to all other modules (e.g incidents, KPIs other risks) to see a full picture of your risks.

It takes too long to update project risks which change weekly but I understand there is a feature coming this year to address this.

It helps organisations I support embed good risk management principles into their organisations. It also helps push the ownership of risks onto those managing the risks with less burden on Risk Management Teams. If the organisation has been using spreadsheets, there is a massive uplift in reporting capability and a significant reduction in admin time for the organisation.

From commencement, the Camms Team maintained exceptional service, and their commitment to get to know our organisation and our needs was second to none. We had an incredible and efficient onboarding experience which was supported by the responsive communication style shown by our Project Manager and Account Manager. The content meets all the requirements of a risk management tool. It integrates with our company's IT systems, with single sign-on capabilities. It is intuitive and user-friendly for the end-user and can be customised to suit the organisation's needs without too many enhancements.

The admin process takes time to understand, and this is where Camms College has been most helpful with providing extra education and support

Managing the config changes from an admin perspective needed quite detailed training to pick up.

The Risk function currently utilises multiple unconnected spreadsheet tools to support the Group’s risk management framework. These lack adequate functionality, are inefficient and reduce opportunities for future development.

Crisp UX and well-designed content that is easy to navigate and work with. I like how records in the various modules can be linked to improve the integration of data across risk, compliance, incident reporting and other business registers.

Autosave is not yet a feature on the web-based platform, so constant saving and refreshing can waste time. I understand though that autosave is in the pipeline for development.

We have transitioned a typically manual, time-consuming workload of risk identification, assessment, treatment planning, monitoring, and reporting into an integrated online solution where risk owners are accountable for their data input, review, and monitoring. This facilitates a maturing of the business' risk management framework that is underpinned by a strong risk culture and a desire for more real-time data and transparency to support strategic decision-making and operational risk management across the business.

Streamlining of our vendor risk assessment process. Easier to track all vendors and their status.

We are still in UAT testing and have not gone live, so as of yet nothing.

Still in UAT testing, but the way we are building the structure for Vendor Risk, Risk, and Compliance modules will take away a lot of manual labor that is currently done in tracking.

Products are easy to implement and use. Really pleased with the outcome.

Having previously managed all our Corporate risks via spreadsheets we are currently migrating our risk registers onto the Camms Risk Management System.The capabilities of the software are allowing us to considerably enhance the level of risk maturity across the company.
