It is a one-of-a-kind driver-based forecasting software that has been instrumental in managing our business. Calumo has amazing analytical capabilities, the efficiency is high and the reports we generate play an important role in projections and decision making within the organization. It is amazing how useful it is for tracking KPIs, financials and other important aspects of our business. I like the monthly rolling forecast and budgeting processes that this tool integrates, it allows us to have more control of income and expenses. The presentation of data in tabular form as graphs is another quality that I liked about this software.

It is software that involves a fairly steep learning curve, but at the same time fair for all the benefits that can be obtained once it is overcome. It is not the most dynamic software on the market. Its user interface does not have the best design.

It is a tool with amazing qualities when analyzing data, generating reports and forecasting multiple facets of your business; from KPI to financials and much more. It includes a fair learning curve, it takes a little time to adapt but I assure you it will be worth it. The impact of this software in my organization has been positive and we are happy to make it acquired.

Calumo has helped us to better visualize and understand the functioning of our organization and the results obtained over time, always basing its results on the collection and analysis of data from our systems. Calumo has also helped us to have a broad projection of our business finances thanks to its monthly rolling forecast function and the interpretation of data in the reports it generates, allowing us to get a step ahead and devise the right strategies for improvement. Calumo's customer service team is good, showing a lot of responsiveness when required. Monitoring KPIs, financials and other aspects of our business is now much easier and faster, it is a must-have software for our organization today.

It gives us the ability to present data both in a tabular and graphical format which is needed for financial reporting and business analytics.

It seems like we aren't a very high priority with Calumo, but when we do get resources allocated to us, it is very good.

Customization and ease of building reports is great.

Reporting financials and reporting KPIs to management. Higher visibility has solved many operational problems.

Custom reports that auto-refresh are indispensable. Go from updating countless spreadsheets every month to reading reports that are automatically generated.

User Interface could be a bit more intuitive

Minor improvements in a business from understanding a company's data can lead to Millions of dollars over the short term. Company's rarely need more data, but most often need to understand the data they already have. Calumo helps understand, and automates reports to watch any KPI in a few clicks.

Helping business decision makers get faster answers to the questions they are asking, and showing them the answers they didn't think to ask.

Ability to sit over multiple databases. We are able to report daily and monthly on financial and non-financial indicators. Able to perform fast ad-hoc self service queries and generate standard reports where other users can refresh as needed. Reporting is able to be combined with excel, making results more powerful.

Nothing, other than at first the number of measures and data fields can be a bit overwhelming. However after more familiarity with these, ad hoc data queries are extremely simple and fast.

The team at Calumo are very responsive and always keen to implement enhancements and improve the user experience.

More insight to root causes of issues. Ability to address issues as they arise. Ability to report and view data that was very difficult to obtain from source systems.

Working from core systems data to SSAS, to Calumo, to Excel, to web, to Office documents, to mobiles, action - quickly, with confidence and grace.

That there is always new data I would like to integrate - that's hardly a fault of Calumo.

Sits on the MS BI stack, Excel integration, Slice and Dice Web Browser, MDX from Excel, Published reports from excel, Writeback from excel or web, Drill thru to Transaction (excel or web), Can publish excel graphs, In-cell charts, technical support is great, consultants great. The product is so functionally rich... eg the four different slices to excel you can do each with their own strengths. Really well thought out and intuitive product.

the name... What does it mean??? Hires publishing to PDF... not high res enough for people that like a page full of numbers (and I mean A3 page FULL OF NUMBERS)

Flexible product, easy to install, and is able to bring together data from a variety of sources to enable better business decision-making.

CALUMO is our key financial reporting tool, used for monthly and annual financial reporting, ad-hoc financial reporting, and annual and long-term financial planning and modelling. We have a detailed financial model for our annual operating budgets and the preparation process is significantly streamlined with CALUMO, and it is easy to slice and dice the reports as required by management and our board.
