What do you like best about Cahoot?

We used Cahoot as our fulfillment partner for several months and had a genuinely positive experience. Their platform is well-built, intuitive, and made multi-channel order management much easier for our team. The onboarding process was smooth, and their support team was always quick to assist when needed.

What do you dislike about Cahoot?

Its really a great platfrom and service, Works well for ecom sellers.

What problems is Cahoot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cahoot simplified multi-channel fulfillment and gave us faster, more affordable shipping through their network. It saved us time, reduced errors, and helped us scale without needing our own warehouse.

I value the communication with the cahoot team very much, they are fast and thoughtful in their reply and always willing to help solve an issue.

I do not dislike anything, just know that they can fill your warehouse up fast so be prepared!

They are adding volume to my warehouse and helping me grow. They allow me grow and fill up my warehouse.

Best All-in-One Shipping & Fulfillment Software plus Services Combo

What do you like best about Cahoot?

The only solution I’ve come across that combines the best of distributed multi-warehouse shipping software with optional outsourced fulfillment services. We can ship from our two warehouses plus we can tap into Cahoot’s network of facilities to power affordable 1-day and 2-day delivery for all our DTC orders. The software just works and has reduced our headcount by TWO in our operations. Support is responsive and knowledgeable, and pretty quick. It’s been a huge help in cutting costs and improving customer satisfaction while working with fewer staff. Highly recommend

What do you dislike about Cahoot?

They don’t have facilities in China or anywhere in Asia. Software is also primarily for North America operations only. They do ship to all countries and international shipping is easy.

Recommendations to others considering Cahoot?

It would be cool if they added more global TMS capabilities for freight.

What problems is Cahoot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing Transportation spend by over 25% on both small parcel and freight. AI Powered software is so intelligent that > 98% of all DTC shipping labels are generated automatically and routed to various facilities 6 days a week. Software provides full visibility into inventory and delivery status in real-time. Excellent support for both national and regional carriers. Automation has been a HUGE help especially during peak season and allows us to scale with a lean team.
