As a Service they are great

What do you like best about ByteMark?

Bytemark have build a solution that take the pain out of running your own servers. Symbiosis (Their Debian based distro) really helps to get going fast. Combine that with there we will help you with all issue support (no matter how silly) really helps get over the fear of running a VPS.

What do you dislike about ByteMark?

They have recently been bought out and started to lay off staff. Mostly developers the ones that look after Symbiosis. If you need to rely on their distro then you may run into issues with updates in the near future. They only offer day time support unless its critical - ie a server is down.

What problems is ByteMark solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can get up and running with the VPS with little knowledge. Long gone are the days of needing Dev Ops etc to get going. We can spin up a new server incredibly fast or expand if our load increases and we get hit hard.
