I am solving the problem of searching multiple trusted websites and vendors, everything is available in one place. The benefit is that it is less time-consuming.

The dashboard helps to keep all your actions visible. There are even alerts sent to your email that allow you to take action, even from your mobile device.

Sometimes there isn't enough description of products. This may be due to our sourcing partners, but it would be better to require a more detailed description along with photos.

BuyerQuest keeps you up to date with your spending and budgeting as well as requests and invoices all just a click away. My team no longer has to email, text or call me about approvals or requests. I get notifications directly from BuyerQuest and can complete tasks directly from the email. It even works well on my iPhone.

That fast shipping and great support that they have

Its simple to search across the different suppliers and find exactly what I need - because everything is loaded in the same shopping experience, I don't have to jump to other supplier websites to compare pricing.

We are still integrated to Ariba, so getting approvals is still an issue because our managers hate working within Ariba. Hoping that they will rollout BuyerQuest completely and eliminate our need to start the requisition within Ariba.

We have gotten rid of a bunch of punch out connections for suppliers, making it much easier to compare prices across different vendors.

How easy and user friendly the site is. Along with all the options for different stores and things to buy.

The only down sides to some of the marketplace uses are not knowing what some of the sites have on their site before entering.

Use BuyerQuest, it is user friendly and a great online store.

Using BuyerQuest and the marketplace is so much easier than going to the store and having to submit all of my receipts.

Ability to collect orders from my team members and keep everything separate, but submit on one order.

The ability to specific shop, If I am looking for book racks...type that in and it brings up all manufacturers who sell "Book racks"

There is nothing that I dislike about the site

Get what I need when I need it

The platform was easy to use and not cumbersome. The array of products were plentiful and allowed me to make informed choices.

Some products I expected more choices, such as Ziploc bags.

No problems to solve. The benefits I have realized is that BQ offers very competitive pricing from various vendors.
