BuildTopia is extremely easy to use and yet a very powerful tool. For me, BuildTopia thinks and functions how a builder does, the program is very well thought out

There really is not much at this time I can say I dislike. Anything that I have disliked, I have brought to the attention of customer support and those issues were discussed and changes made.

We are able to manage all sales, design studio content, estimating and purchasing within one easy to use software which we are finding to be far more productive in our operations.

I like Buildtopia because everything is right on the first few screens or tabs. The implementation staff is great and helpful to get your system up and running. It allows you to get all your costing in for various items and ties to the Dynamics Software. We can carry various house budgets and copy the same budget to alter for another site without having to recreate the complete budget. Plus you can add a budget item to various budgets at the same time without having to go into each budget.

I would love to see room codes and standards of measures added to the software. Also the addition of red line drawings.

It's a bit tricky at first to figure out and teach others until you get the hang of it and how the software works.

We are solving the issue of all our data being in one place and also only using one software system. It allows us to have our schedule, trade costing, house budgets and create POs. Plus a portal for our trades to access their POs and other information.

The most helpful module of BuildTopia to me is the sales side. Being able to manage everything related to the sales, design and closing for each buyer throughout the entire process. The homebuyer homepage is a wonderful place for the buyers to access their information after closing.

Not being able to pull reports across multiple datasets. Would love for more emailing functions to be added to the system for tracking purposes, mainly on the trade side.

BT helps us manage the construction schedules for our trades. TradeTopia is a wonderful addition so that the trades have thier own portal to access thier information.

Buildtopia is a true web-based solution that is easy to access for all of our users. Very easy to use and interacts well with Sage solutions. Customer service is incredibly responsive.

Honestly can't think of a downside, good solution.

In this new era of office-less workplaces, this allows all users to access and collaborate with ease.

We use it for everyday activities. We use it to build activity packages in our home. It's has awesome data storage.

Very user unfriendly. You need to take a class on how to learn it.

It houses all of our things we incorporate into a home from start to finish!

Everything you need to track the build process contract to post-closing warranty. Dev team is super open to enhancements.

Accepted enhancement requests can take more than a year to implement.
