It maintains a great deal of information and has the possibility of being a great resource for any company that works on engagements with other companies or on their own.

It's not initially as user-friendly as one would expect it to be.

Maintaining all project information. The benefits include being able to use it to store time, expenses, client and billing information.

Long learning curve to understand various components, cryptic locations of buttons and not intuitive to users.

Cross referencing effort expanded vs. backlogs

The platform lacks the foundation that deos not allow for development. With an poor in terms of design and usability it has not the potential to provide a better user experience. It take time to get used to and the location of buttons is not always intuitive.

It falls short when it comes to generating forecasts without input. Cross referencing effort expended versus backlog become cumbersome. Its reliance on submission hampers productivity compared to using a tool like Word.

The systems ability to maintain project information lacks versatility which limits its usefulness. BST10 is unable to solve the difficult and overwhelming timesheet management. With its features it does not simplify the process. The interface feel a bit outdated at times incorporating new functionalities could potentially breathe life into its appearance and overall functionality.

Was a straightforward program for timesheet and expense report generation. Found some aspects of it a little hard to pick-up at first, but was an easy application to use after some time.

I find BST10 to be less user friendly. The interface is clunky making it difficult to navigate. The platform has a workflow that not making it accessible, to users of all skill levels. Like software, BST10 also overwhelms you with accounting terms and jargon.

BST10 primarily focuses on exporting reports for management and neglects the need for manual forecasts by regular users. It lacks the capability to cross effort expended versus backlog. Managing all project information becomes burdensome impeding the storage of time monitoring data, and expenses.

The generation of timesheets and expense reports, on the platform is not very user friendly. BST10 is unable to solve the issue of unnecessary functions, in timesheet software. Its interface complicated the time monitoring process, which consumes time and increases confusion, for our employees.

When it works it works. When it doesn't work you have no idea why as the errors are cryptic.

The interface is outdated, it feels like a 20 years old piece of software from Windows XP. The workflow is not user intuitive and uses accounting terms and jargons that doesn't make sense to layperson.

It only helps upper management to export financial reports however for forecasts that also rely on the users to submit manual forecasts (not smart at all). It would be faster for me to just open up a Word doc to generate invoices.
