Simple to use interface. Easy to set up and get started.

Haven't found anything yet that I do not like about the product.

It's providing oversight.

I love CurrentWare, it has become a primary tool for our organization. The reports are very easy to understand and the fact that they can emailed to you on a schedule are amazing, and have made finding productivity killers VERY easy. Customer support has been fantastic everytime I've had to reach out to them, and are willing to meet very quickly to iron out any issues I have run into, or provide help on how to see certain information. I highly recommend them!

Nothing! Everything I've had issues with, CurrentWare has gone above and beyond to get it resolved.

We needed to see who was using their Citrix Workspace and how often. Currentware has shown us this and so much more.

I love how easy it is to use and manage as a IT admin.

Sometimes it can be a little confusing for average end users.

It is solving issues I was having with production being low due to Netflix users and TikTokers. Production is way up now that my employees know I am monitoring.

Peace of mind knowing employees are productive and certain activities and websites are blocked.

I dislike the fact that I have to have this software. It's sad that employers have to pay for monitoring software.

CurrentWare is helping us keep employees from visiting websites that are not related to our business. For instance, porn sites, social media, etc..

Very easy to install and administrate new computers. Very responsive support, wide and reliable featureset.

The CurrentWare feature of being obscure to the end user can make it difficult to do traditional reporting on software inventory or versioning for compliance checks.

We manage clients across a multitude of customer networks, making it logistically impossible to administrate a network-based content filter. With CurrentWare we are able to set a client-based filtering system to make sure our customers are only able to access resources they have explicit authorization to access.

None. Its very useful and i can easily grab reports from it.

We are able to track who is wasting company's bandwidth resource. We are able to track who's just watching youtube videos, spending time on social media and playing online games

Platform is straightforward to set up and support were excellent. Renewal process was easy and sales team are responsive and helpful

Automated reporting is sometime a little complicated to create in the first instance - for example sending daily reports by email requires steps in multiple locations

Call center employees spending too much time on non-work related websites (social media for example)

CurrentWare is great because their software can be choosen ala cart. And their software is easy to use for small and large teams. The staff always reaches out when there is a new feature of update.

The pricing structure is not always explained clearly, but thats standard for the industry.

We currently use CurrentWare products to provide user web tracking reporting for our c-suite. The reports are easy to configure, and easy for our c-suite to understand and use.

I admire CurrentWare for its ability to enhance efficiency in the management of computing resources. The ability to intuitively monitor and restrict internet access provides complete control over the digital environment, ensuring network integrity and team productivity.

I don't like that I can't personalize my alerts in CurrentWare. I find it challenging to quickly recognize crucial events due to the absence of customization options that meet my personal tastes. Another thing that doesn't sit well with me is that there isn't a way to get feedback in real time.
