.Managing my all the inventory and products in one place as well as controllingg the product stock is easy

There are not many issue with the BT as it is self sufficient to handle all the multichannel operations but it still lag in speed and some glitches

Its simple interface helps the user to track and update the real time inventory. SKU can be added as simple or in bundle format. Order integrations from multichannel also helps in managing the supply chain efficiently. Its integrations with logistics partners helps in tracking of the details and delivery status. Returns management also efficient.

Its integrations with few of logistics partners in India. Like India Post and DTDC is not preinstalled. Api integrations is required but its very technical process and take time. Support team working but not provided the final results. Internet availability is also required for management of order and track.

Good to go if want to manage real time inventory and order fulfillment process. It provide pick list Pack list order list and many sort of reports for managing the system. Support staff is good but delayed in responding. Integrations work is in progress but already have many integrations with courier partners and channels.

We have books stock and deal in Distance Learning Program. We need to manage the real time inventory of the Books so that the proper supply and demand can be take. It helps in both terms. It manages the Order system by entering all the student details and track the delivery status till the item reached.

Single window ro manage all the ecommerce platforms, Inventory, Sales and sales return. what the charges has been added by vendors and whats the payout.

Nothing such like I have observed as of now but i appreciate if quick support on phonecall can be provided.

Intergration of various marktplaces in one software where user can pull the inventory, orders, logistic support and print the labels. Although, user use different SKU’s in different marketplaces yet they can intergrate the listing by using mapping.

Its is quite difficult to inbound and removal for FBA products in browntape

This software is helpful to centralised multiple marketplaces. It synchronise the inventory at one place and give users an environment which supports to manage their stock easily. Customer support is great in response. One need training for the UI and they provide the same with trail.

However it is good in performance but with some limitations. Mapping is easy only when you are using same SKU in various marketplaces. In addition to this, you can not create removal orders for Amazon FBA. Although it decreases the quantity from seller central but can not remove from prime.
